Reporting to the Document Control and Data Management Manager, the Junior Documentation Officer is a vital asset to the Document Control and Data Management Department who assists with maintenance, organization and verification of technical documents and data.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating technical databases
- Organizing and tracking source data
- Compiling, sorting and verifying accuracy of data
- Preparing draft and final document submissions
- Photocopying, printing and scanning engineering documents and drawings
Requirements:
- Minimum one year working experience in an administrative environment
- Diploma from a recognized Computer School or Business College would be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be deadline driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Documentation Control or Data Management experience would be considered an asset
