Responsibilities:
Analyze engineering changes to naval ships, systems, and equipment
Provide technical input to engineering specifications and drawings
Conduct detailed reviews of planned Hull and Hull Systems Maintenance routines for HALIFAX Class Frigates
Update and re-write planned maintenance documentation to consolidate and rationalize procedures
Ensure maintenance plans adhere to Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) documentation
Review and update naval system and equipment technical documentation
Requirements:
Canadian Naval experience as a Senior Technologist (Hull)
TQ6B certification
Marine maintenance experience is essential
Knowledge of maintenance procedures and documentation
Knowledge of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) or MASIS
Certificated Engineering Technologist accreditation would be considered an asset
MS Office proficient
