Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering changes to naval ships, systems, and equipment
• Review and update technical documentation
• Provide technical input to engineering specifications and drawings
• Conduct detailed reviews of planned maintenance routines for HALIFAX Class Frigates
• Update and re-write planned maintenance documentation to consolidate and rationalize procedures
• Ensure maintenance plans adhere to Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) documentation
• Review and update naval system and equipment technical documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum five of last eight years experience in marine environment with one year naval warship experience
• Certified Engineering Technologists or TQ6B certification with Canadian Navy
• Integrated Logistic Support experience (i.e.: Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and/or Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA)) preferred
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS), condition based maintenance (CBM), and/or predictive maintenance (PdM) preferred
• MS Office proficient
