Future Openings - Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Major Projects, the Project Coordinator is a critical component of the Fleetway Project Management team who assists with the coordination of schedules, resources and staff to ensure the completion of major projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Primavera and MS Project to compose schedules and track the progression of major projects.
- Performing general project management duties including but not limited to; EVA analysis, reporting and timeline tracking.
- Conferring with Project Staff to coordinate work-plans, schedules, duties and responsibilities.
- Reviewing project proposals or project plans to assist in coordinating timeframes, procedures and the distribution of resources to ensure project completion.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years previous working experience using scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project to perform project scheduling duties.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access or another database tool.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience working in the Engineering Industry is considered an asset.
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian government security clearances.
