Fleetway has made a commitment to supporting and promoting employment equity in our workplace. As such, we have developed and adhere to an Employment Equity Program.
To facilitate the implementation of the Employment Equity Program, Fleetway has established an Employment Equity Committee and appointed a senior member of the Management team as the Senior Official responsible for Employment Equity at Fleetway.
The Committee’s purpose is to represent employee Employment Equity concerns and interests, as well as communicate the goals and plans of the Employment Equity Program. The Committee holds meetings on a quarterly basis and is comprised of representatives from every Fleetway location.
